[Resolved] Kent — Mis-Selling of Kent Water Purifier | |||
I have purchased a Kent water purifier from Anwesha Enterprises Sodepur, Kolkata in November 2022 through your sales manager Mr. Suman came for demonstration, who has explained me that Kent is offering 1 year warranty with 3 years extended service free with this product but now the service center M/S Anwesha Enterprise has refused the replacement of faulty carbon filter and sediment filter stating that there is only 6 months warranty. Since beginning the purifier has not been working properly, we have even requested them to replace this faulty purifier to good one but the service center has intentionally delayed in providing repair service. After calling to them the mechanic has visited after one or two weeks. Even one of the mechanic has physically damaged the water purifier which has been informed to the service center but resolution is pending since February 2023. We have frequently called to the service center and sales person Mr. Suman, but they have stopped responding now. I feel cheated and this is not at all acceptable that a company like Kent can get away with this. After-sales service is pathetic and they simply do not respond. I have raised many complaints but they turn a deaf ear now. It is difficult for me to further recommend anyone for Kent products. Was this information helpful? | |||
