[Resolved]  Kent RO — Not working from first day of installation

The worst Water Purifier

We bought a Kent RO Water Purifier on 25 Oct 2010 from Crystal pure (A authorized deeler of Kent as he certfied) The product was leaking from the very night it was installed. We called up the deeler, after a lot of folloup he came and replaced the lock. The system again start leaking after one hour. After 2 days of complaint the deler replaced the carbon. Again after one hour the purefire stop working. So far i am not able to take one glass water from purefire. When contacted at Corporate office they given Bangalore office number. When contacted to Bangalore office , Bangalore office replied that Crystal pure is not an authorized deller.

Kent Ro — Kent Ro is not working even at first day

I dont know who is gonna look into this complaint on this site, but i hope if any of the Kent service manager is reading this should feel some shame. On Friday 7th aug i called one Kent Sr sales executive to buy a Kent UV+RO system, which cost me around 14, 500 bucks. I asked them to install the machine on the same day.They did it.Awesome!!.

Kent engineer demo me how to use it and all that manual book steps. He told me to not to use initial two bucket of water as it will be not that pure.Afterward you can use it.OK Taken.

Then he started the machine and went. When first time that water bucket filled, i switched off the machine and then clear the water bucket. Then again i started the machine and here is the wonder.Its not working at all. Even second bucket which also i supposed not to use is also i am not able to get.I was regretting why i thrown that first bucket :( . I read the manual, but nothing was mention to help me out. I called the guys who installed the machine he said that you have to raise the complaint at kent call center.Bull . But what can i do, then i launched the complain on saturday morning 11 o clock and call center person is saying that some one will contact you on monday as tomorrow is off. What the hell i am contacting you on satuday and they are telling tomorrow is holiday, then what the hell they are doing on saturday?? waiting for sunday ?? or enjoying that tomorrow is off??.

Then i thought of escalating it.I contacted the sales executing Mr Pankaj Singh on his mobile number [protected]) .I was lucky he picked up the phone, or possible he might not know my number as it was my first call. He assured me that some one will come to your house in 1 hour. OK .. I waited for almost 2 hours but nobody turned up. Then again i called i called the same Sr Sales Executive Mr Pankaj Singh but as expected he is not picking up my phone.I called many times but still no response.

Then again i called up that installation guy and asked him to come and check. He said sir we cant do any thing in it, even if we figure out what is the problem we need service person to resolve it as he has all the required accessories. Bloody hell!! . Then i asked him to give me a service manager number.I got a new number of My Bharadwaj ( [protected]) .He is really a service manager, even he didnt pick up the phone at first call :) . So after installing this [censored]ing crap machine i am still waiting for a drop of water which i can drink.

So i dont know how to escalate it further. Do anybody know the mail ID of Kent CEO, Higher level service manager or some one else with whom we can raise a concern? Please let me know? Because 14500 bucks is something which i will get back from them and will throw this crap machine on their head.

And one warning to all the guys who is reading this complaint to beware of the names which i mentioned above. Better go for tradition water purification method of boiling at least Kichten GAS you can get it sooner then this kent service.

I am not familiar with the Kent product but very familiar with the unprofessional attutude of the Kent employees. They are ill trained and ill behaved. Looking their rude attitude I have refused to buy their product and now they are misbehaving with me over phone and otherwise.
