[Resolved] Kent RO — Bad Product and Service | |
Dear Sir, I purchased a Kent RO system for my Home a few months back however right from the first month i am facing problems with it. Your Dealer sent his person 5 - 6 times but each time the problem reoccured after 15-20 days. Your compnay representative Mr Sharad (Ph: [protected] ) says that the service is not the Company's prerogative and the dealer says that he is just providing the service as a favour . The dealer name is Airan International / Axis Exim private limited(Ph: [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]/7191,[protected],[protected], and all this while he has been sending a person which is not even a authorised person. After spending my money it seems the company and dealer are both cheating the customer of money. I am waiting for your action in this regard as i am now forced to knock at the consumer forums door if voice is still not heard as i cannot face any more physical and mental agony and torture in this manner as i have a Child at home falling prey to this defective Product. unit no. ka[protected] date of inst.: 2/6/07 Regards, Udham Singh Kolkata Was this information helpful? | |
