[Resolved] Kent RO — False commitment | |||
Myself (Dheeraj Kumar Agarwal) has called to Kent RO for shifting of my Kent from Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) to Pratap Vihar (Ghaziabad). My complain no is 17794. As per customer care executive my RO will be deinstalled, transfer and then reinstalled by RO engingeer only. Total expences will incurr 300+300=600/- which will be paid by customer. I was agree with all the terms as said by customer care executive. One engineer came on 5th Apr 2012 at my old house (Indirapuram) at 1630 hrs. After deinstallation he said he will not transfer the RO, the same will be carry by customer. This was surprised for me that how can he say this. After many discussion he was not agree for the same. The i called again to customer care no [protected] on 05.04.2012 at 1700 hrs and talked with Meena but she was also not able to solve the problem and gave me the no od Shailendra (Area Manager) - [protected]. I discussed with Shailendra but he was also not ready to listen me and he said he will not do anything. Then again i called to customer care and talked with Meera but she alsow as not able to solve and gave me the no of Mr Ashok - Service Head Ghaziabad - [protected]. I called to Mr Ashok but he did not attend my call. Then after so much of efforts i was totally helpless and i shifted my Kent at my own cost which is Rs 600/-. Kent RO engineer came and reinstall RO at my new house. But I’m complaining against Kent RO for such false commitment. This should be actionable.
