[Resolved] Kent RO Grand Water Purifier — Unsatisfactory Service of Faulty Machine and No Response of Complaint | |
Dear Sir, I had registered a complaint for leakage and breakdown of my Kent RO machine around 10th August at the Mumbai customer care numbers 40532405/07. Despite having paid for an AMC with your company on the guarantee that my complaints will be corrected within 24 working hours it took 5 days for the machine to be serviced. After that the same breakdown and leakage has started again and I have registered another complaint bearing No. S14 on 21st Aug which no one has attended to till now - despite my waiting at my home for the service person's visit, which badly affects my work hours. Today on 26th Aug 2009 I have finally got through to Miss. Swapnali who is still not being able to give me any estimate of when my complaint will be attended to. I need a time estimate of service person's visit as I have to adjust that with my work hours. Also during the signing of the AMC in July 2009, the service person Mr. Salim had informed me that both filters in my machine needed to be changed and despite my reminding repeatedly the parts have not been replaced. I have even written the same complaints on the receipt of the last service person but to no avail. The service centre in Mumbai is manned by an unprofessional and disorganised team and I am facing too much stress, and unnecessary expense of buying bottled water because of the faulty machine as well as the pathetic after sales service. i have installed a kent ROUV water purifier machine before five months but it has not yet service once. though i made a complaint to the area sales supervisor but the response was useless
