[Resolved]  Kent RO — servicing with substandard and reused pumps

I had asked for my RO to be serviced on 8.10.10 and it was to be serviced in 24 hrs , i executive came on 12.10.10 and opened the ro and left as he did not have the require parts and after follow upscame to replace them. However after replacing the problem still exists and since then the pump has been replaced twice and still the problem exists. THe pump they replace has no manufacture date, no packaging , no MRP , and the service warranty they give is three months , I really doubt the authenticity of the parts that are being replaced and the price that is being charged.
