Kent RO — Poor after sales service | |||
I purchased my KENT RO in 2009. After 6-7 months o[censored]se it started giving problem. I called customer care number, they said they will come and repair. They didnot come and finally I have to call to Pune head office of KENT RO then they repair my KENT RO. Total time taken 7-8 days. again my system is not working and It is already 4 days and they have not come to repair it. every day they are saying they will repair it today, but it seems for them that today will never come. I have to spend almost RS 50 for all sort of calls and they I have to pay to technician to repair it. How can I get this thing right.Please advise Was this information helpful? | |||

They are very poor and just did not do the three stipulated services over the first year, and charged the money for the first ever service after one year. Arrogance of being the best product -- Can last until something better comes along!
