Kent RO — No service visit for an urgent request | |||
Dear Concerned, I called Customer care of RO and requested them for the reinstallation of my Kent RO, one the other side of waal, as needed to install the Gas pipeline on that side of the wall. After calling tgem twice and requesting that it is very urgent (coz the gas pipeline people were supposed to visit us next day). Still, there is no response from them for 2 days, and we are waiting for their representative to visit us. Was this information helpful? | |||
