[Resolved] Kent RO — not working | |||
It's been 4 months I have the Kent Mineral RO. In the last 2 months, the appliance is not working properly. It stopped dispensing water, so I called for the customer service help. The technician came in and did the repair. After a week, again the same problem persisted. Again I had to call the technician. Again after the visit of the technician, a week later the machine stopped functioning. So the appliance works for 5 days and I have to call the technician always. As if this inconvenience is not enough. The entire process of calling the customer service help desk is simply troublesome and dramatic. One patented answer is given to the consumer "the technician shall call you and make his visit". No technicians call up to re-confirm his visit. So one has to wait the whole day for his auspicious visit. Since I work in an office, every time I call the help desk and request specifically to have the technician call me or tell me the time of visit so that I can make arrangements accordingly to get off from the office and visit home. BUT no one seems to understand whether I talk in hindi or english. I just get a call from the technician calling me up saying that he is outside my doorstep when I am at office. Since I am still in the guarantee period, why cant the appliance be replaced to a new one. And if this is not the procedure as I have been told by the custormer service THEN the company better provide good repair service so that it does not work for only 5 days. Dear Sir,Company personnel for Kent RO is continuosly teasing us by not fixing our RO and they come sometime charge us and after 2 days our RO again come in to the same condition.
We are really frustrated by the irresponsible behaviour of the support of Kent RO.Can you please take some action on the same.

Dear everybody, I also purchased RO from KENT. It is always causing problems and I am fade up with registering complaints. KENT personnels did not tell about the membrane damge by chlorine in water withing guarantee period thats why I am getting filtered water. Now I am planning to drag them into consumer court and expose them on FACEBOOK too.

Light gets on off automatically in a second in the machine. Not working . When we switch on, the machine gets switch off automatically.

I am purchased one Kent Ro System from V.K. Bartan Bhandar, Agra vide Bill No.17454 dated 02.11.2008. My Kent Ro System is not working since 15 days. I have registered various complaints at Mall Road, Agra Service Centre but not any action taken by them for my complaint.
Please help me.
