Kent RO System — Service not provided by the Akash Enterprises despite taking Rs.3500 against the annual maintenance contract

Address:Alwar, Rajasthan

I have carried out the annual maintenance with the Akash enterprises Alwar by paying them Rs. 3500/-against AMC No.1460 dated 19/04/10.
neary 15 days ago some faults developed in the RO system, so that I have intimated the same to Akash Enterprises Alwar for rectification of the same but the have not attended the complaint till now.
Now they are not interested in attending my phone.
