This is to inform you that I am using the water Purifier for last two decades. I am in service contract with

I complained at the service center on 28.08.2009 as there was leakage from the machine and I could not use it . Since 28th August, I talked to them to attend the complaint for more than 10 times. But nobody turned up till date. Now tell me what to do ?

I am sending the copy of the invoice cum receipt for your perusal.

I am requesting you to do the needful at your earliest.

Water Purifier — leakage

i purchased an aquaguard water purifier three months back and it is out of service for the last two months.the service engineer who came for service two months back,said that the entire system had to be replaced. i have called up the office 100 s of times and nothing is happening.
i strongly believe that eureka forbes is the worst company in both its service and customer care.its an total waste

the water is leaking from the pipe part, custmr executives told me they are sending a guy for repair and we need to bare an amount of Rs 80 /- , but still they not came , its already left 3 weeks after this. my no [protected]. can u do something , its only 1 year only.

Unit kent ro supreme not working

The kent unit was installed yesterday but could not working since morning.
