dear sir,
we got a kent water purifier installed in the month of november 2009 and after the installation we paid the required amount by cheque to the person concerned . Thereafter we got the water sample from the filter tested by the Uttar Pradesh jal nigam which in its report it showed the presence of the nitrate in the filter water sample which was absent in the water from the source and it is because of this reason that we are not using the filter ever since, inspite of conveying the test results to the company people and making repeated request the people from the company have hardly taken any cognizance of the matter , just once or twice they have come and have made little bit of changes after which also the water is showing nitrate presence as stated in the test results as done yet again. sir it has been more than 2 months now and we have made several attempts to convince the company people to take the proper action,it has been utterly tiring and irritating for us to do so again andagain . if after this complaint also some cognizance proper action is not taken by the company we will be forced to taker legal action action against the company and we wont be hesitant to approach the consumer forum for the redressal of the complaint.Thanking you.
