I have purchased KENT Grand plus serial no KR[protected] from CSD on 11 Jul 2011 .Despite repeated requests your service provider in Jammu, Mr Happy, ph no[protected], never turned up.He sends Mr Munna ph no [protected] who charges Rs 350/ for installation and does not wait to check the serviceability of the product .The storage tk is overflowing.Despite repeated cvomplaints/ requests none of the above persons is responding.Mr Munna says the product is defective and I must get it replaced. I feel cheated by the response to after sale services by your so called service providers and am really repenting for buying your product.Plz direct your representative to rectify the defect or replace the productearliest . at
