Kent/kent Ultra Uv Water Purifier — the outlet water is approx same the inlet water means no water purification or very less purification

i have purchased kent ultra uv water purifier from big bazaar meerut(U.P) cost Rs 6490 in the month of march 2009, and i m very disappointed to see the purified water
what should i do
