kewal kalra - dangerous and illegal construction at the ground floor

i am resident of 3/214, Subhash nagar, New Delhi, first floor. Since last couple of weeks we are in state of stress and shock because of illegal construction work going on at the ground floor. Vibrations are so much that even wall clock fell once. There are BIG CRACKS in the walls and we are scared as this can be dangerous and life threatening. We made a police complaint about the issue so KEWAL KALRA tried to resolve it with words but he is carrying out work. He, Kewal kalra abused me and threatened me So i am left with no other option other then taking the matter to the concerned authority.

Sir, i want safety of my family as i am a heart patient and my wife has complaint of high blood pressure. Kindly take the required legal action and stop this work until it is proved safe and legal
