[Resolved]  Kinley water — Kinley: Pathetic service in hyderabad

Same message i have sent it to Coca Cola. Please go through.......

I am a very frustrated and helpless consumer of the big Kinley (Coca Cola) brand. From last 20 days I am waiting for my water refill of 25 L. can. The funniest part is, I call them every day morning for booking and I get new booking number. If I call second time in a day only the computer says “your order is already booked”. But the next day it gets expired. Several times I spoke to the customer care executive. They are always sitting ready with some apology but no promise on when they are going to supply the refill. I spoke to the arrogant manager also. Her explanation was more interesting. She explained me that I am dealing with the renowned brand Coca Cola and I cannot complain and expect them to supply things when I require it. They are not a local distributer so supply will be done when it’s comfortable for them. I am staying at the heart of the city (Hyderabad). Government takes not more than 2 days to supply me Gas refill at my door step.
I am feeling myself as Earthquake of Flood victim waiting for free relief supply. I am not worried about my money. Even I asked the supplier whether cans are available on black so that I can pay extra and get this done. I just want to know the actual purpose of your business. You should not just jump in to a new business if you can’t handle it. Now I am planning to switch to Aquafina. They are charging more than Kinlay but it’s not the poor India any more. People like me are ready to pay extra money for good service. I will be circulating this message to my friend circle.

I agree to it i took kinley for almost 2 years but always to get a refill i need to call every day for almost a week. when i want to cancel this and i want my money deposit money back iam calling to that service person from almost from 1.5 years they are not turning up. worst service i ever saw.
Hey...thats very true. I just had this experience..hands on..!!

I had to wait for almost a week to get the refill jars...i have been placing orders on a daily basis, but i believe the order expires by eod and the consumer has no clue of it.

I called up the Coca-Cola consumer care on[protected] and placed a complaint.

After delivering me jars after a week, i was surprised to see that there was a dry leaf in it. I would have been happy been it either gold or a diamond...!!!

Keeping my fingers crossed for now.
Same problem here.. I have been calling daily from 1st October &the standard answer is .. you will get it tmrw.. Its 7 days now & i have not recd water. I have placed a complaint with the coca cola company too.. Will somebody please listen. if Coca Cola is not interested in serving its customers it should just get out of this business.

hi my name shivaji mane( kinley water refill) i had booked three kinley water bottles last week but till now no respound . when i make a call no one is lefting the phone what happen to the kinley staff . by this way, they can run there bunisess, they will get loss?

I also agree to the views of other members. I used to take kinley for almost 3 years from 2005 to 2008. Because of their poor service i would like to withdraw their service. From almost 2 years I am calling them regularly they are neither providing the refills nor refunding my deposit towards cans.
We have Kinley services and my number is 19263 I have odered for the refill bottles on Monday 25th Oct and reminding their local distributors daily in the phone numbers[protected] and[protected] It is not delivered for the past five days. The service is so bad.
hii everybody, this is sandeep and iam dealing with my new water brand called 'riwa'. i have newly launched this water with 100% hygenic .
let me tell you one thing. in RO plant i[censored] need 100% hygenic quality then u need to bare something i.e. wastage. yes, i[censored]r gvng 100 input water then u ll get 30% of output water. it means ur loosing 70% as wastage. in city there is lakhs of liters production of kinley and aquafina. but just think that how come they get this much of input water?

now i tell u how it works in market. the kinley or aquafina r international brands. they will deal with some local people who can give them production as well as giving royalty to them for using there brand.
so normally u get problems from local service only but not exactly with kinley or aquafina people.(who does not exist in city) only their brand using by its dealers.

my brand 'RIWA' is to hygenic water . i will submit my water test report to each and every customer for every batch process. if anyone interested then first taste our water then confirm ur order. we ll give u our best quality & best service to ur door.

Poor supply and arrogant staff including the area manager Mr kishore kumar He disconnect sthe phone before you finish making your complaint and never lifts the phone again.
It is very true. My daughter had problem in getting Kinley refills & switched to other brand.I am facing the same problem.Their Lakdika pul office tel no is always engaged during office hours on all days but you can hear ring tone between 6 pm to 9 am!!
In total we have four 25 L refill cans.To switch to others, i have to get their refill bottles on deposit from other brand.Surprising how Coke mktg fellows are sitting pretty on seeing these complaint mails!
Even they change distribution boys or thier sub suppliers quite often!

Not shocking at all, these are polite fraudsters, all over the country. Brand name loosing its shine,
doubt if there is any-one out there even realising the kind of negative impact this kid of shocking
behaviour will have on the customers opinion about the Brand and the Group as a whole...
when I asked my deposit amount back & cancel the connection, the kinley supplier asking for the 3 back receipt and he cant provide copy which with them and simply disconnected the phone ? can anubody let me know a good water supplier at Basheerbagh, Hyderabad area tks/noel[protected]
Dear friends, i know it is difficult task, but what i would suggest you that ask the Coca Cola Company to provide statistical data of the complaints being lodged against them and then post such data on internet and ask all persons to stop using the product. And also provide alternate supplier name and address who provide better service. Once the business will fall down they would realize the problem...
Same position even today with me. There is no control over the Delivery boys by distributer.If you tip them probably they may come!!

I am deeply pained and frustrated with the supply of Kinley 20L water cans I have three cans I have ordered for refilling when my first can got empty It's three weeks all my three cans are empty Still no supply Of late he stopped answering our calls
Gone for Kinley looking at brand name I don't understand why they have this service when they don't meet the customers requests The management of the company should seriously think to discontinue this service

This is the most pathetic service. Even pathetic is an understatement to it. No proper supply. the manager doesn't lift the phone calls nor does he talk properly. If you can't supply water properly then don't do it why bother the customers so much. It is so painful to cal continuously for 3 days and yet they don't give any damn response.
