My name is Chirosree Das. I take regular supply of Kinley water, in PC bottles of 25 litres, from S.R. Water Company (P) Ltd, an authorized distributor of Kinley Water in Chennai. The address of the company is 70, Josier Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai 34, ph no 28250362. My customer code is 41172. I requisitioned for a refill of one bottle on 25.10.11. Today is 31.10.11 and I am still waiting for the refill. In the meantime, I have also used up the second bottle, whose refill I cannot even hope to get anytime soon if this is the kind of service both the Kinley Water company and its authorized dealers are running.
I have requested for a bottle every day with the agency except on the day of Diwali. Everytime, I have been assured that it will reach me "today". Today morning, I made a complaint with Mr Nath (whose name I could not get properly) on number [protected]. He assured me thrice that a bottle would reach me "today" by 8 pm. It hasn't. When I rang back, he told me very jocularly that he had instructed his boys and that he will instruct them again the next day. I reminded him that if instructions were not followed today, there is no guarantee it would be followed tomorrow. He seemed even more happy with the situation.
Anyway, I really do not know if this will reach the ears this complaint is meant for or Kinley Water will even bother to address it. But I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I do not have a drop of drinking water at home. Was this information helpful? |
