Once you become a customer or suscriber i.e. you pay them the deposit money --> you are screwed..
Called Kinley for New 25 Ltr Water Can Home Delivery Service - Got the first 2 cans in 1 day. Wow. Because they wanted the deposit money.
NOW - Calling them to refill the 25 ltr cans for past 5 days.. I call them Everyday 3-4 times and always get the same reply. "Today DEFINITELY Sir you will get it.."
Wish I could break the neck of that customer service representative of Kinley.
Just don't take service from Kinley. They suck big time. It is a harassment.

First of all Indian Government cannot provide Safe Drinking Water to its population and therefore these private companies have sprung up all over without any infrastructure. The VICTIM is the Indian Citizen who pays taxes for being exploited.

I asked the lady at the call desk what her SLA was to deliver water - how many days?
She seemed to get upset at this and told me rudely that I should book sufficiently in advance knowing that there is a delay.
In other words, if Kinley takes 4 days to deliver you water, then make sure you order 5 days in advance.
Since a 25 litre bottle lasts for 2-3 days for us, I guess this means that we should just order four bottles at once and keep ordering refills at the end of each bottle.
Wouldnt that be good business for Kinley - deposits collected for lots of bottles !
Sad - given that Kinley comes at a hefty 80-100% premium over the other local brands, one would have thought they have adequate spare bottles to take care of the summer rush. Too much to expect, I guess.
