Koovs.com — The company is not exchanging a faulty product delivered despite having 30 day return/exchange policy | |||
I purchased a shoe from koovs.com on 3-August 2012 . I ordered size 4 but size 4.5 was shipped to me. As per koovs website, one can get 30-day exchange or return. But this policy is FAKE. Till date there has been no addressable to my complaint to their customer care. Their customer care executives behaves rudely and unable to resolve my complaint. They have even circulated my number to some unknown people outside who calls me and abuse. I want to lodge this consumer complaint against the company so that they don't cheat any innocent in future. I am Ankit Vakharia from mumbai placed a 7 orders (KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protec...⇄ worth web price Rs.24,670/- on one of e-commerce website which is www.koovs.comas far as company policy, they delivers products in 7 days, but very next day of order placed i have got an email that all the products i have been placed are out of stock, day after i called customer care about the issue, they told me that new lot is coming so they will ship my product and i will get it and also they committed me for tracking detail, moreover 2 days this drama continuous, and finally today morning again when i called up they told me they have dispatched my products and shipping details will be updated by evening but after that i tried to contact one of the team leader of the team, he told me that they have refunded my money today.
the worst way of business i have seen till date in e-commerce, they used money for a week and after that replying that they are refunding my money,
now my wish is that to cancel the refund and to get the exact products which i have ordered.
