actually 38000 rs was my due amount and my due date was 23rd of august and i repaid kotak's payment on 22nd august by cash at shahibaug branch on 11 am, then i got message on my mobile at 5 pm from kotak that they got payment of rs 38000. and on 5th of september i used my card again and the amount was 36900. after 20 days i got a call from delhi they were telling me that they have not got the payment which was due on 24th of august and i told them that i paid that amount on 22nd and i have that receipt also. then again that person called me in evening and told me ok there was their mistake they have got the payment and after 5 days again i got a call from ahmedabad only that my amount is still due and the amount is 41000 rs. so i want ur reply in next 18 hours otherwise i will go to the money guru (ndtv) and i will give this matter to get printed in newspapers also. my mobile number is 9909422249.

My application#IOOC498744, i applied for a credit card with kotak mahindra bank, in the month of feb 2010, till date i have not realized any communication from them. the MOST IR-RESPONSIVE customer service.
I've tried calling their customer care, they say the application is denied, but not in a position to disclose my credit card application status to me. this is really sick...
