i am user of kotak bank from past 3 years.
i had applied for credit card on 19th june 14 . i have submitted my pan card xerox and photo then filled your banks application form i had a verification calls from you, but my application not proccesed yet. i have spoke with customer care executive many times. But i want to know the reason of decline my credit card request everytime .
coz i have applied more than 2 times.
