[Resolved]  KST Infrastructure Ltd — KST Infrastructure Ltd Faridabad

I have booked 2 BHK Flat in KST infrastructure Faridabad in Jan 2007. Till date only few floors are completed. Entire payment for the project has been done. I am sending e mail / letters to their directors but no reply received. They are adding new projects but not even single project is completed by them till date.
KST is totally non comitted builder and no help to their customers to get out of this problem.
Buyers Agreement for three years is over and they are saying that the delay in project is due to the goverment widening the road. Hence no penalty will be paid.

After evey six months they have a new manager just to dupe the customers.

They have to refund of entire amount with interest to investors if they donot perform. Law should help all those who are duped by such builders.

Hi everyone..
I am a KST customer and my situation is like urs...I keep visiting the site every year/...This time I visited in July 2013...14 the floor slab is complete...4 more floors are yet to go and then finishing etc...it will take a year IF the work goes on...
They haven't intimated about their NEW office which is at JDM Mall 1st floor opposite Sahara mall, Gurgaon...Telephone numbers are the same...
BPTP is coming up next to it yet it is near completion...
The link to Expressway has been approved BUT work hasn't started as yet...
I wanted to dispose my flat the brokers in the nearby area wanted to sell it off without any profit...They are hand-in-gloves with the builders...
Once BPTP is over...and Expressway link work starts..then KST may speed up...

We have booked the flats on 23/09/2006 and have made almost 95% payment of Rs.1, 51, 40, 800/- as per your commitment to construct and deliver the flats within stipulated timleline.

It is pertinent to mention here that we have made the payments against the flats immediately as per your schedule. As per Allotment Letter and Seller-Buyer Agreement executed in the year 2006 they suppose to deliver the possession of flats within 36 months i.e. 3 years but they failed to do so.
We pursued and met their representatives at site, Mr. Nagpal and Mr. Vikas Saharan and at your Gurgaon Office met Mr. Rajeev Chauhan time to time but no proper response was given regarding delivery of flats at site.

They have received the payments under the garb of false documentary commitments to deliver the flats in time and thereafter issued threats time to time to cancel the bookings if we do not make further payments in time. Now on receipt of full payments they have left the site/project incomplete. No allotted flats as per agreement exists at site. Neither they have constructed 17th floor nor the flats thereon. They have cheated us by executing false Seller-Buyer Agreement and Allotment of flats. The contents of the agreement are extremely unfair and completely one sided. What is the logic of charging 18% interest on payment if no construction of the Floor/Flats as committed in the Agreement?.
The amount chargecd was to be used for flat construction which does not exist at site. In fact 17th Floor in Tower B does not exist. We have continuously done our part of the agreement but they have failed to construct and deliver the floor & fllats. Now they are again issuing threats for payment if not paid they will cancel the booking of flats.

From the act and deed done by KST Infrastructure Management it is quite clear that they with malafide intention have cheated and defrauded the public by executing false, misleading and fraudulent agreements.

I truly agree...

KST is totally non comitted builder and no help to their customers to get out of this problem.
They are not professional. I have also booked the apartment in 2006 and after every 6 months they are changing the statement regarding completion and handover the apartment. I have doubt about this builder. As per my knolodge its a first project they are doing.
As per my last discussion had with KST representative he told me in month on Sept 2010 they handover the apartment but now on website its marked completion date is Sept 2010 and handover date is Dec. 2010. I don't know what they are doing. I am praying to GOD regarding my apartment. Its actually handover to me or not.

I have requested to KST to upload some construction Picture of Whispering Heights but upto till its not there.

They are not doing anythings thats why they have removed Whispering Heights picture and not uploded new one.

I agree with all of you. We should jointly either go to consumer court or should visit the builder together, which will definetly make a pressure on him.

Hi Mayank, Varun and Rajiv I'm also suffering the torture from KST, why don't we make a group of people kind of society & take them (KST) to legal course or before that if we can approach KST in a group if you guys can manage to get a leave on weekdays so that we get to know there intention on completion of project & compensation. I know 2-3 people who are also getting harassed as we are, they can also join, what say?? If you agree with me please call me on the below mentioned no or email me your number, we can coordinate

You are correct...As perlatest infiormation completion of project is extended for another 6 months to one year...We should take a joint action to get the money back with interest...Please include me if such action group exists...

Hi All,

This is in continuation of my last update about KST, I have visited site yesterday (05 Dec 2010). The construction progress is in bad shape, I have seen only few labor working on towers. Mostly looked like only a structure with pillars. I took some pictures as well, which I would share with everyone.

Guys please get together to visit their office otherwise we would get possession in 2015 with this speed.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH EVRYONE AS THE CONTACT PERSON AT KST IS TELLING NOW THAT THE THE PROJECT WILL BE COMPLETED IN ANOTHER ONE HALF YEAR.
I WAS PROMISED A DELIVERY DATE OF SEPTEMBER 2010, BUT THE PROJECT IS BADLY BEHIND THE SCHEDULE AND WHENEVER YOU VISIT THE SITE THERE IS A MINIMAL PROGRESS .

THEY SHOULD REVOKE THE PENALTY CLAUSE WITH A HIGHER PENALTY AND REDUCE THE PER SQFT RATE FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO

What is the logic of charging 18% interest on payment if no construction of the Floor/Flats as committed in the Agreement?.
The amount chargecd was to be used for flat construction which does not exist at site. In fact 17th Floor in Tower B does not exist. We have continuously done our part of the agreement but they have failed to construct and deliver the floor & fllats. Now they are again issuing threats for payment if not paid they will cancel the booking of flats.

From the act and deed done by KST Infrastructure Management it is quite clear that they with malafide intention have cheated and defrauded the public by executing false, misleading and fraudulent agreements.

We have booked the flats on 23/09/2006 and have made almost 95% payment of Rs.1, 51, 40, 800/- as per your commitment to construct and deliver the flats within stipulated timleline.

It is pertinent to mention here that we have made the payments against the flats immediately as per your schedule. As per Allotment Letter and Seller-Buyer Agreement executed in the year 2006 they suppose to deliver the possession of flats within 36 months i.e. 3 years but they failed to do so.

About 9 months ago I incidently met with him on site, i propose him to address the group o[censored]nsatisfied invester but he refused to do so.

I am completely in favour to go together & meet him. But if got any clue about our visit he will go away.
