[Resolved]  Laptop — A shopkeeper snatching my laptop with his service charge

dear sir
i am roopesh jain and i am belong to satna m.p. at present time i am study in vit university vellore.
1month before a shopkeeper at katpadi(vellore) has take my laptop for repairing and charges his service charges rs. 6400 for this have paid and received from him related receipt. now i come to him for receiving my laptop but he is not giving my laptop even after receiving all charges. He is now demanding for extra charges i.e rs 6000 .
so i need your help to solve this very problem as soon as possible
please regard to the above problem take possible steps to discharge my laptop
