[Resolved]  Laptop — Wifi device missing after giving for repair

i submitted my laptop for keyboard changing to

After he repaired my laptop, he told me that there was no wifi device in it. But my laptop had a wifi device inbuilt and I was using wifi connection previously and now I'm unable to connect to wifi as he removed the device from my laptop. Please help me urgently.
