[Resolved] Latha Gas Agency, Ambalapuzha — Gas not delivered | |
I have booked gas on 8/6/09, booking no. is 2465. I have requested by phone and person from the beginning of August and repeated in alternative days till yesterday. They always says it will be delivered today, but still I did not get the gas. Was this information helpful? | |

MY consumer number is 7642. name surej r, i have booked my cylinder on 1/07/2012, but till date we have not recieved my refill please do the needfull, for the same I have faicing this type of problem every time

The Cylinder was booked on 24.12. 14 through online booking. Got message on 2.1.14 that Cash Memo [protected] generated for booking no. 244546 and delviered the cylinder on 2.1.14 against cash memo No. [protected]. BUT SURPRISING TILL TODAY THE 10TH, THE CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIFVERED. - MY CONSUMER NO. 2779. RAJENDRA BABU. THIS HAS BECOME A PRACTICE OF NOT DELIVERING THE CYLINDER WITHOUT REPEATED REMINDERS AND REQUESTS TO THE DELIVERY GUYS.

Matter is already resolved by issuing delivery refill on 10/09/09.
All our customer complaints will be treated seriously and try to solve at the earliest.
Please mention the consumer number whenever a complaint is made.
