I have been trying to reach them for the past two days over phone to enquire about the booking for refilling of cylinder, which was failed online.
But they are not picking the phone.
The delivery booking number mobile was also not picking calls/connecting.
Very bad manners....

Online Booking done on 24.12.14 vide regn no. 244546
Confirmation of cash memo generated vide No. [protected] dtd 2.1.15
Confirmation of Cylinder delivery aganst cash memo [protected] dtd 2.1.15
But till today - 10.1.15 the cylinder has not been delivered.
Request to look into this anomaly and ensure proper delivery on time as per the sms being sent by IL Indane....

We are indane LPG gas cylinder users of Letha agency, at ambalapuzha. My booking is 6130 dated on[protected]. No cylinder is delivered on delivery date. Mostly the delivery is given after 3 or 4 weeks of delivery dates. sometimes no delivery is given even after a month. Wherever, we require about the cylinder in agency they always made some excuse, same like, the cylinder will be deliver by today or tomorrow. we already inform...

Gas not delivered
I have booked gas on 8/6/09, booking no. is 2465. I have requested by phone and person from the beginning of August and repeated in alternative days till yesterday. They always says it will be delivered today, but still I did not get the gas....
