Latha Gas Agency, Ambalapuzha — Not picking up the phone

I have been trying to reach them for the past two days over phone to enquire about the booking for refilling of cylinder, which was failed online.
But they are not picking the phone.
The delivery booking number mobile was also not picking calls/connecting.
Very bad manners.
