[Resolved]  LCD — warranty card not recd

I've still not recd any solution to my problem, this may force me to see the consumer court and file a complaint against your company. I need my warranty card within 1 weeks time failure to do so i'm forced to take legal action as i've deprived of my rights.

I purchased one Panasonic 32" LCD dtd 20th april,2010 from ur Next retail store located at Pali.One o[censored]r retail exe Mr Prakash(mobile:[protected]) along with his team dealt with me and given some good offer on 32" panasonic lcd.One of the offer was an extended warranty for 3years, but surprisingly even after 2 months I've not recd warranty card where as everytime I call this showroom and they give me 2-3 days time .
Pls clarify that by what time I'll recv my warranty card as it's mandate to issue warranty/Guarantee card at the time of purchase then why this in different attitude shown towards NEXT customer's.

Also confirm which model you have chosen TH-L32C8D or TH-L32C8DX?
As showroom only deliver the model which customer choose! Anyways CS team
have already communicated with showroom and let us see whether we can
procure the same for you.

about AV out facility in this partical LCD model TH-L32C8D since I'd to
attach my home theatre with this, and evryone their confirm compatibility
of infact all LCD to Home theatres .Now when I called up service engineer
of LCD for installation he informed that it' not possible to attach home
theater with this model and rather it's [ossible with similar model number

TH-L32C8DX.
I've been foll it up with store people at Pali but they are not able to
give me any solution and I request u to intervene and deliver me a proper
model in lieu of the one already given to me.i'm ready to bear the extra
cost if so there.
Appreciate an early positive reply from ur end.
