I have new lenova laptop 3000 G430 having problems with bluethooth, cam and wireless. i having the dirver connection. its doesn't show any think. plz solve my problems as soon as possible

Hi, this is Hanumantha rao. On 10/12/2009 i have taken protection pack for my laptop. nearly 3 months back i made a call to lenovo customer care and in vain i got reply that my protection pack is not yet updated. then they even asked me to mail the scanned copy of document to the email id-- soni.[protected]@aforeserve.co.in but i neither get any reply nor got my lap updated with protection pack. i am a student and busy with my studies all these days. now when i made a call to the customer care they gave this reference no-- [protected] and asked e to mail to u. please do the needful because my protection pack will expire in coming december but it's not yet updated and my laptop is in trouble due to physical damage incurred by my friend. so please understand the probem is if it's yours and kindly avail me to get my offer. hope i can trust you and the services of your company. my contact no [protected].

I have bluetooth driver but this is not show in my laptop and show the error plug in your bluetooth and your bluetooth device is not on . please solve my problem how to on my bluetooth in laptop properly.
