[Resolved]  Lenovo — Faulty All in one Desktop

Dear Sir, I have purchase an All in One Desktop of Lenovo From M/s. Vijay Sales, Ahmedabad. The Display of the PC has gone off. The Machine is still under warranty. I had lodged a complaint to the company on 12/08/2013. But till date there are always false reply from the company and every time in their reply they say that our representative will get in touch with me in some time. But till today there has been no repairs done from from the company. Before few months the same problem occurred with the display and company had replaced the whole of the display part of the PC. But again the same problem has occurred. I think and I am sure that there are some manufacturing defect in the system itself. I wrote many times to Lenovo india and also to MD of Lenovo india who is either sleeping or has no courage to reply to any of mails. Please kindly consider this matter urgently and do needful. With this email i am enclosing complete email conversation till date I had with Lenovo India Customer Care. Regards, Vishal Mehta
