This has reference to my various complaint on my Refrigerator model no 258 VA 5 in the month of April 2010.
I wish to state that eversince I have bought the fridge, it was making lot of noise and cooling was not observed and LG service team seems to have no answer to it.
Please refer to my various call logs on to LG call center (last few records which I remember are RNA[protected] , RNA[protected]. wherein I am promised effective / prompt service but sorry to state that your service engineer don't even turn up for 3 days in together.
I stay in Faridabad, Haryana , and I was given the number of key official Mr Agrawal etc who doesnot respond. I was made to talk to one Mr Utsav / Mr Jitendra etc who while they promise but the results are same.
Over last few months this has been on going. Durign last two complaints Gas has been changed and recharged (In month of Feb and inthe month of March). I fail to understand the charging of gas at such internal where as my previous old fridge didnot require a gas charge for more than 3 years. Though the gas has been charged the machine is not working properly and I am totally dissatisfied which I have always been telling LG to replace / repair the defect to my satisfaction
During the days when the machine is not working, all the food items kept are spoilt and I am put to lot of inconvenience and loss due to wastage.
While this is going on, in my latest compliant, in the month of April, your service engineers says that the machine again need to be Gas recharged and further that since the machine is 1 year old, and warrant is over, I need to pay of the gas fill.
This is nothing but a cheating case from LG where you cannot repair a machine and now need cost for the same since the machine is out of warranty.
