Recently i purchased LG GD510 two months ago. suddenly the touch pad is not working.I submitted my phone to a service center in mythrivanam hyderabad. they said it will take one week to solve the problem. but the time has gone almost one month and they are saying the touch pads are not there and they has to come from UP. for this model touch pad failure is the main problem. so kindly send touch pads to the service centers quickly and manufacture better models for the sake of customers. I purchased the phone for 7000rs. i am a student and i can't purchase another phone. I trusted your company and purchased the phone so don't loose customers trust by manufacturing such quality less models. LG is a good company so keep your fame with you by sending touch pads to the service centers as soon as possible.

My name is rahul. i purchased LG mobile GD 510. i got touch problem after using a month. so i had given to sri dhatre mobiles (authorised service center) at paradise on 02.08.2010. till the date i did not got any call from them.
so, if you can solve it for free of cost & i will bring it to you.& also clarify me how much time you will do the repair?

Even my LG GD510 touch doesn't work. Its only 2 months i've bought this mobile. Its really disappointing. I luv my mobile but now its become a trouble for me. I dont have any idea what iam gonna do.

Dear Sir,I have purchased a mobile hand set LG GD 510 on August 2010 but after few days touchscreen had been dead so I had (1 month back) complaint at service Center of LG, no one can respond about this complaint. Please try to understand my problem and slove ASAP.

Recently i have bought LG GD510 touch screen mobile set.
Its really disappointing to see that the battery backup is not as per LG claims and touch screen stopped working within a month.I have given it for servicing at

They said, it will take atleast two weeks to get the problem resolved.
I get to know through internet and friends that this mobile has got some real technical issues.
I think LG should call off this set
