[Resolved] LG India — LG fridge received with broken leg | |||
I bought a double door lg refrigerator: lg ref gl-335va5 (clrzebn)vide invoice no. Bf-9 dated 08/04/2011 amounting to rs. 19753/-(Rs. 6985/- Dp and rest loan taken from bajaj finance service)which was delivered to me on 09/04/2011. On receipt of the product it was found that one of the leg of the refrigerator was broken, complain of the same was lodged by me with lg india with reference no. Given to me as rna[protected] dated 13/04/2011. In spite of the visit of three engineers no action was taken. When nothing was done I lodged the request to change the product vide reference no. Rna[protected] dated 19/04/2011. But no action was taken. Since then I have made several call to the dealer as well as to the customer care of lg india, nothing has been done. Recently when I threaten them that I will go to the consumer forum, leg of the refrigerator has been replaced with a diferent kind of peice giving me plea that now this is used in all our product. Since then I am in shock as to what type of service we are getting in india from such reputed companies. I have given payment for the fresh peace but why have I got second hand product.
