LG India — Bad service from the engineers | |||
I have a AMC with the LG for my window AC. I have been calling them for last three days. The call centre only assigns me complaint numbers. Fr example, RNA[protected], RNA[protected]th March 2011) and today (30th March 2011) they gave me a new number RNA[protected]. Finally on 30th March the call centre gave me number of some 'officer' of theirs called Sapna Bhat. She said that a remark was made under my complaint that 'complaint voucher not available' or something like. Then I was put in touch with the service centre person and he said that his engineer will come today by evening. If I had to go through such route and such harassment (which seems more than the Municipality bureaucracy) why would I have a product and then a AMC from LG. Now I am forced to think why I asked my brothers and friends to buy the LG ACs. Was this information helpful? | |||
