LG India — Non Availability of service | |||
There is no service center or dealer ready to repair or provide the part and accessories.I have called the customer care center 10 times for booking the Window AC Remote. Each time they assures me of calling back in 24 hours; but no response in even 10 days. each time they assure me of furthering my service request on high priority to their superior. Just promises and nothing else. Such a reputed company with no service. No option to make complain also against LG India on their website. No contact person available. LG India — NON INSTALLATION
My customer ID is C [protected]. The refrigerator was boughi on 4 Apr 10 . Today is 6 Mar 10 1530 hours . There is no trace of LG staff to come and install the refrigerator.Telephonic reminder ,e-mail has been sent . I will like to record that LG Iis most indifferent to consumers needs.

LG, A.C — pathetic service,non avilabity of service
i have got split A.C. Of L.G. Last july and i am facing problem with a.c. fan which is not working since last 7 days and i have complained to call centre n number of times but no engineer have come till now to rectify the a.c, My complain no is 61003447 dt 10.6.08
