I consider myself very unfortunate to be a buyer of LG's product. I am sharing my horrible experience with this reputed brand here. In 2009, I bought one vacuum cleaner (model No. V-CP743NDN). After 3-4 months one fine day it stopped working suddenly. We called your customer care no. and got to know that we have to take our cleaner to your workshop by ourselves and nobody will come to attain...that time it was in warranty period. But due to some really unavoidable circumstances, we are not able to reach you. Now from last month we are continuously trying to get it repaired by your so called engineers and see how we face height of reluctances, lagging, harassment from your customer care service. We called again and again with every time new commitment of visiting time by your engineers...finally after visiting, the engineer said the motor got damaged and needs to be replaced and will cost ~Rs 1000, even without opening the machine!!!Then as usual he assured us that, on very next day or day after he’ll come and replace that, but that next day come even more than a week, and that to again after repeated calling. And now the height of drama, the new motor he brings, that itself found faulty. It was 28th of April 2011. He supposed to come on 3rd of this month…but again no response…Now we are really hopeless about this brand and don’t know what to do next. Was this information helpful? |
