I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG COLOUR TELEVISION — NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

It's my worst expirience with LG, I have purchased 29" flatron gold LG CTV with PIP on 04 March 2008 from SUMARIA, MG Road Ghatkopar Mumbai, till date no one has visited the place to give us the operation training (even after requesting many times to dealer and customer helpline), On and above that the CTV has the display problem which is giving streched picture output, and part boundary data is missed due to that.

I have the same problem what Mr. Rakesh Lakhani mentioned in above. I have purchased a LG DVD RECORDER, Model : DR165, SR.NO.:610SHSE059478 from Vadodara Central, Vadodara, Gujarat. No i am not right, now what i think, i have purchased disatisfaction. During the period i have not satisfactorily record or play a DVD. Each time after putting into the tray it will take not less than 2 minutes to access the same, auto eject out saying 'can not read'. Even after recording the DVD in itself, it can not read the same recorded one. I have tried all the best branded DVDs what LG mentioned in user guide.

After calling to local service centre they adviced do this, do that, etc. lastly what i think put the same to side & do a mind makeup. But one day hearing to my family members, i took the same to nearest LG service centre, NEEL ELECTRONICS(Authorised Service centre). They booked the same under Request ID: W8S60604189 on date 06/06/2008, work order no:325. After that i have refered so many times with same repeated one answer 'Parts Not available', we are trying to our best. One day i have tried the number to call NEEL ELECTRONICS, but no one answered. Lastly visited physically & i found the Service Centre is not there & locked. Neighbour said they have already stooped the service branch & after search i found a number to call another service centre, the person after an hour search confirm me your DVD RECORDER is here. Good, what about the same. No progress, we will take time because we are shifting branch so it will take time. I asked, when i will collect the same, the same answer before, if we wll receive the part we will return you on next week.

Now today, again after calling they have given me another request ID : W8S[protected] call on.

This is LG. Same problem i have faced on purchasing Microwave Oven & Window 1.5 Ton AC.

In your busy schedule, if you want to add extra Tension then buy LG product. Now i have started refering my friends not to buy LG products & shared my experiece with them.

What nonsense i am facing i know. Hate to LG & their customer dealing.

its really sad to me to write a compaint regarding to your bad services provided by company
i had buy laptop RD400 on 19july 2007 and since today more than three times i had deposit that laptop in the costomer care and every three times i didnt got any good response from ur end..
the biggest problem is that no near Noida costomer services center for me needs to go to Gaziabad or Nehru place..
There was problem of On/off and i had deposit laptop recently on 1of july they told me that its working fine without any problem and when i went there to delever i had shown them on spot the problem with sound also.. they said problem in Mother board and give us time for replacement under warrenty.. today is 10july i didnt got my problem solved and still my computer is in the COstomor service center in Nehru place ( challenger computers) the job sheet number is 1959 submit date 1july 08
before when i had deposit the laptop in Ghaziabad costermer care they had also not respond me well and for small problem in laptop they had took my 5days..
i m Ayurvedic doctor and every works are depends upon internet and every day i m facing loss due to no laptop.
i am also the member of Ministry of health family welware Goverment of India..
i m living in noida sector -41
please as u got my email quick reply me or suggest me what i do.. ?? i cant afford to go every day to cyber cafe and also to call costomer care ..
i have the bill and previous all three job sheet and also still my laptop comes under the warrenty . due to so much loss i need to go in Jago grahak farm upabhokta kendra and also i m forwarding one Yachika to court regarding to your costomer view towards ur products..

LG 1.5ton A/C LLoyd — A/c not working

I Shlaini verma resident of #470, sec21-c, Gandhi Nagar, Street no-5, Mandi gobindgarh, Punjab, had bought a new LG refrigrator, Lg Flat 29" tv and 1.5 ton llyod a/c from your dealer agency named Gera Vision which is located at main road, vishnu nagar, Jagadhari workshop.
the above refrigrator and tv are working as per their standards, but the a/c is having some sort of problem, the compressor of the a/c is not workin, the a/c is under 5 years of guarntee period.we called the above dealer about a week ago, but till now no action has been taken against our complaint.
please try to eradicate our probem as soon as possible, else i have to go to the consumer court to take neccesary action against ur company

ELECTRONICS CARE — POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE

HELLO,

I HAVE GIVEN A HYUNDAI HOME THEATRE SYSTEM FOR SERVICING TO ELECTRONIC CARE ON JULY 4, 2008 WITH A COMMITTMENT THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITH IN 7 DAYS AND I WILL RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TO COLLECT IT. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NEITHER REPAIRED THE SYSTEM NOR ANY CALL HAS COME. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM AT THE NO GIVEN ON THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT SLIP THEY DO NOT EVEN PICK THE PHONE.

I AM HELPLESS IN THIS SITUATION AND EVEN SCARED OF LOOSING MY SYSTEM.

L.G air conditioner 1.5 ton window — Poor quality of products sold to consumer

To whom so ever it may concern,
L.G air conditioners in india have been successful due to competitve pricing, but this pricing has to take a toll somewhere thats is with the consumer, my one year old air conditioner has been giving me constant problems and inspite of repeated lodging of complaints with the local dealer, the air con is still not functioning, this is mostly due to incompetent technicians hired bu this multinational company and i believe this multinational company is not for the consumers, its against the consumers as they basicallly believe in fleecing u and making more money is aftersales servicing contracts, and the best part is the technicians take advantage in our zero knowledge of air con systems, L.g is just a brand name and ihave made up my mind never to buy this product again and will try to warn off others in future to do the same

LG 30 litre convection Microwave — Bad after sales customer service
