Hi,

I registered a complain in LG customer care on 21st Nov 2010 by complain No C10B2103338. Apart of this , I am in continuous touch with their customer care , LG rep Ms. Vaishali([protected]) and Mrs Goyal ([protected]). However, still struggling to get the response from them about parts availability .

This is big disappointment with LG Brand , moreover their response towards customer query is also very pathetic. Their employee are not keen to take a call or give a call back to customer .
