I am frustrated with the LG service center, I purchased a 25 ltrs Microwave oven from the Giriya’s (Bangalore) showroom on 26th OCT 2008. I was told that someone would visit my place to give a live demonstration of the product within 24 hrs.
When no one is attended for demo, I have registered the complaint to LG service center on 28/10/1008 (Ticket number S8CA2806021). Again same problem no one has attended for demo, I was just call service center every day, always getting false promises. Lg service does understand the meaning of “sorry for the convinces”, every time they say this but till now no one has attend for demo.
Other ticket numbers are s8ca3105399 and s8cb101260, till now I called more than 10 times to LG service center and just iam increasing mobile bill. Now I do not want to waste my time and money and I will do next action ? Was this information helpful? |
