[Resolved] LG Refrigerator — Malfunctioning of Fridge | |
I have a very serious complaint against the much famed CROMA ishanya Mall Shastri Nagar, Yerwada Pune after purchase of LG make refrigerator in Sept.09 I thought CROMA a company from TATA group will be caring its customers in after sale service. But there care is limited till sale of item only. Despite my repeated complaints for Mal-functioning of said refrigerator, No one ever visited to correct it. My last complaint dated 05.01.2010 ( Number C-[protected]) is still unredressed. Customer Care Cell says that they are replacing the defective fridge and they have taken my original papers of purchase on 06.01.10 .One Ms. Sanjivani confirmed that New Refridgerator has been loaded in the truck and reaching at my residence at about 1.30 to 2.30 p.m. 3 days back but it was total lie. other person Mr. parvez informs on 13.01.2010 that original papers have been misplaced by Ms. Sanjivani and he is looking into it. Is it the CUstomer Care. If it is so, better it should be closed and consumers should be left at their mercy. Was this information helpful? | |
