I have purchased a new Fridge from Sony Mony Andheri branch it is a Side by side refrigerator costing Rs.61000/- in the month of December, 2012 it was a defect piece then they changed it and again they gave us a defect piece, i have complaint to LG customer care helpline no and also spoken to the manager in charge his name is Manish he said he will exchange but till date they have not exchanged. They gave us a fridge with a hole in the deep freezer and there is no ice tray in that on compartment is missing, The complaint was lodged from Jan'13 and also on 5th Feb'13 but much to my surprise that the company is not taking any action nor is calling the consumer and asking the problem. After repeatedly calling the customer care they say that there is a strike going on in LG and refuse to give us what we are asking. I request you if you could help so that we can get a new fridge with all the acessories. We have paid a high price and this is what LG has given us. Can you please take actioh on the same.
