I purchased a 19"wide LG TFT Monitor in July 2008(Flatron L 192 WS). Since last two months, One vertical line has started appearing across the monitor.The product is still under warrentee(Which is for a period of 3 years, Incidently!!!). I registered a complaint with LG customer care(request id:S8CB1106535) and their technician came and inspected the item.He indicated that some part needs replacement.It has been 10-12 days since the visit and I got no information from them, Inspite of my constant follow up.Many times I have tried to convey the problem to the customer care, but am getting no response from the concerned service people.I am totally disappointed with quality and service of LG products and after sales services.Please look into the problem.
