[Resolved] Lic Housing — Housing loan | |
i have applied for a housing loan for a property at gurgaon from LIC Housing, JanakPuri branch, New Delhi . i have submitted all the required document asked to me by Mr. chakarbarty an agent of LIC. The banko deducted the amount of Rs. 5618 (chq no. 0506439, HDFC Bank) for processing my loan application on dated 22/11/2008. After that no communication was made to me till date regarding the status of my application. today on on dated 24/03/2009 Mr Chakarvarti contacted and asked to to submit the payslips not only for the current month but for the whole period, moreover asked to submit other document which would not be possible for me to submit. after applying for the loan i have personally visited the branch at that time nothing more was asked to submit. after getting the process fee LIC Housing became salient on the issue caused lot of harassment to me. when i discussed the problem with Mr. Chakarvari the agent of LIC, he simply refused and said you have to deposit all relevant document and meaning of relevant document changes every month. you are requested to help me why the system is transparent, are they only to do their business? regards vikas kadian Was this information helpful? | |

Due to some financial problem, i am not able to pay EMI, which is nearly 22, 000. My father is ready to help me by giving 4 lacs cash. I went to LIC office in feb'09 and wrote an application for fixing loan of 15 lacs. Currently approved loan ammount is 19 lacs. I met to area manager(Mr.Adhikari ) and told me to give signed application to IT department .I was promised that revised EMI will start form apr'09 for sure. Now, nearly two months have been passed out and status are still same. Whenever, I call there in LIC HFL office, I never get a satisfactory answer. I am really faded up daily calls and follow up.I found that some people in LIC office are very unprofessional and they never take customer's problem seriosuly.I would like to request here that if if not possible then let me know. I would like to go for a loan transfer.
Please let me know as soon as possible, b'cos I am not going to pay EMI for May'09 if my case is not resoved.
Please, tell me clearly and if not possible then pls stop sending ESC request to my bank.I will start process for Loan transfer.
