LIC OF INDIA — How can i know my policy status

My name is Gnanavel, i have a policy in MARKET PLUS which is opened on 13/08/2007. I want to know the current status of my policy. what can i do for it.

I'm trying to find out the status of my 4 policies from 12 in the noon to 4.30pm either your website or info or telephone line is not supporting at all. I have registered customer and I forgot the password, so I request to provide the password but the reply is that the password is already sent. The world knows that you have sent at the time of registration but if the password forgotten is it not the duty of LIC to provide them the password.
second when I dialled the telephone numbers displayed in your helpline, the immediate reply is please check the number dialled and finally a number is connected and ask the details and policy number, after music says this policy no. does not exists. alright if one policy may does not exists but for all the policies the same reply. Is this the service LIC to give their customers? Don't you think your customer time is precious?
Don't think to have only policies try to give good service to the customers.

Earlier also i have mailed to yr office but no feed-back from your side. I have send my person to yr office at Goregaon Branch to enquire about the same. I was informed from your office that there will be a call from your side but uptill today i have not received any call.
