[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Online LIC premium payment

I first post my complaint but there is no reaction with me. I know mt current position of my policy no; is[protected] and about my jeevan tharang policy[protected].most people told me that there is no benefit for me by taking this policy .so what can i do?, can I transfer another policy. pleasegive me answer for my question oterwise please tell from where I get this answer?

u can pay now avail city area ecs pay method ... just a agreement among LIC, u, Bank just give a written paper to lic agree of bank statement . Lic will take amount automatically form ur account ...so be happy pls cnt more info:[protected]

When i was in Mauritius contry i did policy after completed my peried transfor the policy to Hyderabad
branch and as per the BOB Branch instruction all orginal sent to Mumbai branch after completed endorcemant they transfor policy to BO-642 Hyderabad branch

When i meet in bo_642 Hyderabad branch they are not received any tranfer letter or any copy.

From 2year's so many times called and mails BOB branch and Hyderabad branch.

i have two policy bearing policy no.[protected] and[protected] with premium rs.6993 yly and rs. 1574 hly.commencement from Dec 2001. after 8-9 years due to unhealthy service wanted to surrender that policy, but the amount calculated on serrender the policy is much lesser than deposited amount, whereas i was told to surrender policy after three years with full interest and bonus.why the agent keeping custmer in dark.pl. clearify .

I have one money back policy, policy no:[protected].This policy will be start 09.11.1999. So the seccond term will be on November 2009. I will be submit the Bond the branch on Ramanattukara branch (Calicut dist.)18th of november 2009. I gave my account number also.They agree next day prepare the cheque and transfer to the bank, And fifteen days they return the original Bond. But until now they nothing to do.I dont know why? So please inform me what is the reason and when you do this?

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am very much regret to note the very poor service and having misleading attitude redered by LIC of India

Hyderabad. i have been transferred from hyderabad to Gulbarga Karnataka Till today I did not receive any

of the LIC Bond papers and receipts of policy premium payments to your LIC agent Mr.Anraj Bafna Jain

Hyderabad.
I have given the payment by cash of 1, 00, 000/- because he did not receive the DD or cheque.and the next

year's premium also was paid by cash..I was forced to pay by cash.I have been calling Mr.Anraj Bafna Jain

.but Mr Bafna never answered the call.He did not give me his office address nor his residence.Always kept

me unaware of this dewlling.I got him once on phone, then i asked him about the bond papers and another

two years payment receipts to send to Gulbarga, he replyed its with me only ..whenever you come to

hyderabad you collect.But I had been to Hyderabad to collect the documents Mr Bafana did not receice the

cal nor replyed.Its been 3 years i did not receice any single paper or document regarding the LIC policy ..
We were supposed to do the Police complaint towards LIC Of India and also your agent Mr.Anraj Bafana

Jain.But We hope and will waint for some time, so that you will clear all the problem.

I, Narendra Kumar Shrivastava, am policy holder policy number[protected]. This policy was purchased by me from LIC office Damoh Branch(037D) in August'78. The monthly installment was Rs 42.50/- It was due on August'2008.
In year 1984, I took a loan of Rs 800/- against this policy. Hence, the policy was deposited in the LIC office Damoh Branch.
A letter from LIC office was recieved iin June'2008 stating the amount of plicy as Rs 15, 180/- which was due to be encashed in August'2009.

After the due date on approaching the LIC office, it was told that the record of the policy could not be found. Hence no payment was made.

Even after 1 year and 4 months the payment is still awaitnig. Please look into the matter.

I contact Himayat Nagar Brach on telephone. He said, I don’t have any documents for your reassignment. About this policy of Maturity/Survival Benefit Due also. Acually this amount will be getting on 2008.

Please Settle above metioned problems as early as possible.
