Dear Sir/ Madam,



As per dissociation with Mr. Devendra sir regarding my working with organization. Till date I am not get any proper feedback from HR and Boss. For to work with LICHFL



As per the working structure of LICHFL, we don?t have any office at Thane or the place Were we work to do official work, not have any telephone line for communication or PC



To work the whole team known it make change in some time it is newly setup understand this entire thing.



One day Get the solution from the senior as per the structure we spend own pocket money to Serve in any kind of heavy rain, safely carry the paper work & co-ordinate with the LIC Home Finance, for LI / General insurance co-ordinate with them no one co-ordinate Between us. We always try to get product information and credit policy to source proper Business in open Market. Not get proper updated from LICHFL for any changes in product



We do own promotional activity from own expenses & network to source the proper business till date we Don?t have ID card, Visiting card or till date not get any PF no.



As per the policy which Financial Authority provide, this is not any excuses but it Fact. But in such situation we face lots of problem with health or mentally disturb and dippers



The person who have the Maturity to serve and if any one spoke against it he will be KICK OUT From the system Due to Monopoly or ego hut because they know are the final authority for the Organization or know very well to use the loophole of the power.



We always work very honestly as to do better carrier growth because LICHFL is the Brand name organization.



For Growth in financial services and have newly setup in industry.



We work in with service industry not for manufacture or production were the individually person Is responsible for productivity, Here we have to do Team Work only not individually any one can perform.



But such kind attitude not affects me only but it?s dangerous for the whole organization Growth because the chair power.



Any way as per the feedback expect from LICHFL not get and as per me I am have family Responsibility along with carrier and the thing try to spoil my carrier as well as personnel Life. If it happen any thing wrong with me it?s for responsible due to LICHFL only I am not having any other income source to serve. As per the communication with boss are not ready

To permitted to work as per kirana store owner not as per Organization try to do so pls, clear me the three months salary.



As early provide me reliving letter I am ready to resignation from the serve, so I can source the other way to serve life.
