[Resolved]  Licindia — amount is not credited into policy,but amount is debited from savings account

Hi,

My name is Amit Sharma and policy number is :[protected].
i did online payment through licindia.com on dated 3/jan/2009 of amount 16, 497.Rs

The same amount is debited from my account(kotak bank netbanking), whereas it is not credited into my policy account.
reference no.given by kotak::[protected]
will my amount be credited into lic account ?
Please help me in getting the receipts.
