[Resolved]  Lilam Enterprises — Non providing of House Maid / Neither Refund for over 6 to 9 months

This is with reference to an agency which provides housemaids, cooks, patient care etc. The agency is 'Lilam Enterprises'.

I had paid Rs. 2000 as advance in June 09 and since then there have been several follow-ups on phone, however they have not provided any maid. I had also claimed my refund on 21Oct2009 when the company was unable to provide a maid to our requirement. The refund was scheduled within a month however till date, after a minimum of 200 calls I am still awaiting for the refund. Moreover, every time a new person, (Manisha, Jameel, Pooja, Sameer, Akil, Kavita,) pick up the phones and give vague answers that we will check with Bharti Madam (never available to talk on phone) and the cheque will be received by you next Monday. (One Eg : for a call at 11.00 am, they tell me that Bharati madam is on leave for the next 4 days. Then at 12.30 they tell me that Bharti madam is on an other call and cannot take the call. They tell me she will call your SIR, and again a date of the next Monday is given) And Dates, days and months go by but the cheque has never arrived. Totally devastated by the kind of service these guys have given. Have they opened the office to fool people who are actually in need. Even today i.e. 08Mar2010, I was told that Bharti will call me, however .......one should expect what call and when we can get, after waiting for days, months and ages....On Calling again I was told she is not in office and I should again wait for the next Monday as the Signatory (Kamal Prajapati) is in Delhi. Request for sincere help to protech the interest of needy people.
