We had called up Lilam Enterprises on the 14th March 2011 and asked them for a housemaid, the person on the phone was very courteous and immediately assured us that they have a maid ready with them and that we need to pay them rs 5000 as regsitration charges and then they can send us the maid within a max of 2 days , We confirmed with them and their person promptly came in that evening itself and collected the Rs 3,000 as advance amount and since that time our ordeal had started , after waiting for 3 days we called them up and they informed us that they are arranging for a maid and the maid would reach us in 2 days which never happened , after repeatedly calling them up finally they relented and after around 2 weeks they sent us a maid and as per their contract they collected the balance Rs 2,000/- . Now starts the actual Scam these guys have hired such people who they send to houses and once this person reaches the house these maids start stealing stuff infront of your eyes, opviously no sane person would then agree to keep such a maid with them . To which they say that you can remove the maid and we shall give you a replacement immediately and once this happens believe me you can never get a maid from them it is the 18th april today and i have been calling them daily but they just keep saying that they will send some one soon , Sometime on the same number you will get to speak to Neha , the other time it is manisha and someother time it willbe either Bharti or Jamil . They just keep shifting names and i think there is only one person over there who is harassing people and duping them . Nothing happening to them although i see so many complaints on this website itself but just thought of putting in another one so that hopefully atleast some innocent person will get saved from being duped by such an agency , guys please take care before getting into the hands of such agencies , They are big time frauds and do not have any maids etc with them . Just a big scam and i think the police also is not interested in doing anything with them and their website says 10 years of service . Be Careful one and all .
