[Resolved]  Lilam Enterprises — Refund of registration money

Mr. Prajapati,

I had registered on 23rd Nov 2010 with your firm M/s Lilam Enterprises for a housemaid who will be with us for (24 hrs). You sent on 28th Nov 2010 a maid called Ms. Nandani, who stayed only for 12 day and left without giving prior intimation,according to her she was getting married. Then immediately I informed Pooja.She told me, she will arrange for another maid. Till date your Pune and Mumbai branch office are not able to arrange for a maid and continuously fooling me saying that we will arrange maid with in 1 or 2 days.
I called in your office several times,but no progress has been made in this regard.I had informed Pooja,Bharti and Jamir employee of your office .
I went to your office several times and was being assured to get the deposit money back,but so far only assurances and have not received the cheque or cash.

I spoke to you also once and you told me to call me back in 10 mins. but i did not get any call back. After that, i tried to reach you several times,but probably you do not want to talk.

Your Pune office employee Jamir or Pooja are only giving dates and assurance.I donot understand what kind o[censored]nethical approach you are having.

Request to do the needful and return by money back.
